Instructions for releasing mail from the filter system:
Every day an email will be received from quarantine@messaging.microsoft.com which will display the incoming emails that have been blocked.
By clicking Review or Release you will be taken to a page where you can release the blocked email
Another option for freeing blocked mail at any given moment is on your desktop on the terminal server
By clicking on the "Protection Email Release" icon
When we click on the request to release mail in each of the options, we will go to a web page where we will enter the email and password.
Username = your mailing address in the organization.
Password = same as you enter the computer / terminal.
When we want to release a blocked email, we click on "Release message"
